Atco, N.J., native Bill Belton looked absolutely excellent at wide receiver this past weekend at the Badger Sports Elite 7-on-7 powered by New Level Athletics and was arguably one of the top performers there, so it was no surprise when we found out the 5-foot-10 athlete was offered by the Gamecocks yesterday.
