Notebook: Gamecocks top Commodores

		By Paul Stewart GamecockAnthem.com Date: Oct 25, 2009 The Gamecocks edged out the Vanderbilt Commodores 14-10 in a physical, defensive slugfest on Saturday evening at Williams-Brice Stadium. While it wasn't the prettiest of wins for the South Carolina football team, Coach Steve Spurrier's squad made the key plays late and ended a two-game losing streak against the 'Dores.
