It's Official: Whitlock is a Gamecock

		By Jonathan Jolley GamecockAnthem.com Date: Dec 4, 2007 Chester (SC) 4-star athlete Charles Whitlock has quietly favored USC for months, but word began to leak out recently that the Palmetto State standout was set to announce for South Carolina at a press conference this week. However, since the secret is now out, Whitlock has decided to pass on having a press conference to announce his college choice. Thus, it's official - Whitlock is a Gamecock.
