Whitlock pushes back announcement Premium Story

Chester (SC) 4-star athlete Charles Whitlock tentatively set up an announcement over the weekend to announce his college choice on Tuesday afternoon, but he has now decided to push that decision back a couple of weeks. Read inside for all the details.
