1/2 Duo Names USC As Leader

The Robinson Twins star for Cedartown High School in Georgia. One of them favors the South Carolina Gamecocks.

Matt and Drew Robinson are two of the top players in Georgia this year. The twins combined for over 200 tackles and 20 sacks in helping lead Cedartown to the state finals against LaGrange. LaGrange is loaded this year, but Cedartown is bringing back 17 starters including the Robinson boys.

Matt Robinson plays defensive end and finished the year with 102 tackles and 14.5 sacks. He is coming in a bit under the radar because he was not able to attend any camps this summer, but at least one school has seen enough to offer him a scholarship.

"I didn't get to any camps this summer because we were working out real hard with the team this summer," said Matt Robinson. "Boston College has offered me a scholarship. South Carolina is probably my favorite team right now. I went up there last weekend for one of the practices, and I'll go back for the Georgia game. It's just somewhere I feel real comfortable. My other favorites are Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina. I like the way UNC's defense plays."
