Whoopty doo. What does it all mean Basil?
South Carolina got a great game from its defense against Vanderbilt to make up for an uneven and sloppy game from the offense. Even with all the mistakes, Syvelle Newton played well moving the chains, converting 8 of 11 third down chances. The defense was camped out in the Commodore backfield all game long, and will have to do more of the same to stay with
Tennessee
next week.
