Florida will open the Gainesville Regional on Friday by taking on Bethune-Cookman. The Gators beat the Wildcats 10-1 and 8-6 in two matchups during the 2012 season.

Georgia Tech is one of the hottest teams in college baseball. The Yellow Jackets swept through pool play at the ACC Tournament and beat Miami in the championship game to win the tournament.

The winner that comes out of Gainesville will face the winner of the Raleigh Regional, hosted by NC State with Vanderbilt as the two-seed.

Game times will be announced soon. ESPN3 will televise all games in the Gainesville Regional.
